Life can be challenging, and sometimes talking to someone outside your circle makes all the difference. Counselling provides a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space to explore your feelings, gain perspective, and find ways to manage stress, change, or crises.
I am an integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor, which means I draw on different approaches to suit your needs:
Humanistic: Supporting and helping you reconnect with your own strengths.
Psychodynamic: Exploring how past experiences influence present patterns.
CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy): Practical strategies to manage specific concerns.
Counselling with me is a collaborative process, helping you discover solutions that work for you. Think of it like this: humanistic therapy helps you heal, psychodynamic therapy helps you understand, and CBT gives you tools to cope.
I work with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, trauma, grief, life transitions, and everyday challenges. Sessions can be short or long term, delivered face-to-face, online, by phone, walking sessions, or at home.
Cost: £45 per 50-minute session
